Our trip to Wyoming was incredible!
Friends, If you followed along with us on social media, you know that we took the three girls out west 2 weeks ago. Bryan and I were so excited about this trip and it had been in the works for a while…. It all started when I was in college and a friend of mine was a horse wrangler at a Dude Ranch in Montana called A Bar A. She talked about it all the time and I always hoped that one day I’d have the opportunity to visit. Well…this was the summer we made it happen! We flew into Denver, rented a car and drove 4 hours to Wyoming. The drive was beautiful and unlike anything I had seen before: mountains, endless sky, fruit stands, and wide open spaces everywhere. We listened to this playlist on the way. When we finally arrived at the ranch, I was amazed to see that it sat upon 100,000 acres of land. Everywhere you looked, it was just breathtaking!! It was the first time in a long time that I disconnected from wi-fi and really focused on being in nature. I loved horse-back riding and each day, we’d spend hours riding along the trails. We went tubing down the river, went fly-fishing, played pickle ball, and the hiking was incredible. It was truly a trip to nourish the soul. The people that we met (everyone from the staff to the visitors) were amazing. We all traded emails and address and hoping to visit one another this upcoming year!!
