What is a pre-order?

We offer small batches at an awesome price-point, so our pieces sell out quickly. We launch new items daily, and these pieces won’t last more than 24 hours. A pre-order allows you to place your order before the product is ready, and you will be first in line to receive your order when the product is re-stocked. You’ll know when an item is a pre-order because the ship date will be in the product title. Because many of these pieces go through multi-step processes, the dates can change. If we have a shipping date change we will update you with the new date. We typically hold the entire order and ship orders together if you have ordered several items; however, if you would like in-stock items shipped first and the pre-ordered item ship when re-stocked, please email, and we will break up your order into two shipments.



  • We want you to love your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and request a return, exchange, or replacement within six months of arrival, we will email you a gift card in your order amount.
  • If you requesed a return, exchange or replacement between 6 months and one year of arrival, we will send you a 50% off coupon for your next purchase.
  • If you request a return, exchange or replacement after one year of purchase, we will provide a 20% off coupon for your next purchase. We sell-out of items quickly, so the original product may be out of stock. Feel free to use the gift card on any item in our collection!

Once an order has been placed, all pieces are automatically taken out of inventory and processed to ship. Because of this, all cancellations will be subject to the same policies as returns. We will email you a gift card in the amount that you originally paid for the item.

We’ve been there…. you finally bought that piece you’ve been eyeing and the next day it goes on sale… if the price of the piece happens to drop within 7 days after your purchase, we've got you covered with a gift card in the amount that you originally paid for the item! Erin is always on the lookout for new pieces to bring your way, and sometimes that means she can hardly wait to introduce you to exciting new offerings. Lucky for you, that could mean snagging some launch sale pricing! We strive to ensure everyone gets a fair shot at scoring their favorite finds at amazing prices that don’t last long. Once your order is confirmed, we consider it processed—your inventory is reserved, your confirmation email is on its way, and your order is queued to ship. Therefore, all price adjustments and changes to your orders will be subject to the same policies as returns and cancellations.

Custom Items

Due to the nature of our custom pieces, they are Non-Refundable. All custom items (i.e. gemstone necklaces, gratitude collection, lux collection, stamped pieces, personalized necklaces, personalized bracelets and more) are all hand made especially for you in our studio! Because of this, we ask that you allow up to two weeks for your order to ship and/or is ready for pick up.
