There is a flat shipping rate of $5.00 for all orders with in the United States. All packages are shipped first-class via USPS, unless otherwise requested. What is a pre-order?
We want you to love your purchase & we love bringing you pieces that make you feel beautiful and happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and request a return or exchange or replacement within 6 months of arrival, we will email you a gift card in the amount that you originally paid for the item. If you request a return or exchange or replacement between 6 months and 1 year of arrival, we will send you a 50% off coupon to use towards your next purchase. If you request a return or exchange or replacement after 1 year of purchase, we will send you a 20% off coupon to use towards your next purchase. Often times, we sell-out of items quickly so we might not have the original item in stock. Feel free to use the gift card that is sent to you on any item in our collection!

We know that accidents happens and sometimes jewelry breaks. We will try to the best of our ability to repair any item(s) or find a solution if we are unable to repair the item. If you are local to the Charlotte area we do offer Pick Ups on the front porch of the house! Just select the pick up option at check out and fill out all the information. IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP YOUR ITEM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR PICK UP DATE YOU WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT FOR YOUR ITEMS AND THEY WILL BE PLACED BACK ONLINE FOR PURCHASE.
