Summer is here...
which means our Turkish Towels are here! At the beginning of every summer we try to do a small drop of the Turkish Towels. Yesterday Coco, my mom and I organized the rest of the Turkish Towels and realized we only have about 20-30 left! These towels are SO beautiful - if you've been hanging out with use for a while you know we launched these a couple of years ago and have been doing small batches. I worked with a friend of mine named Michael, I met him 13 years ago when I used to do the Charlottesville City Market. He has a mill in Turkey and he handlooms each of the Turkish Towels with Peshtemal bamboo fibers and vegetable dies - the cool thing about this fiber in particular is that it is antibacterial, dried really quickly all while being lightweight! You probably see Turkish Towels all over the place like Target but they might not be made with the Peshtemal fibers. This is our FINAL drop of the Turkish Towels and they are going fast!! We have The Pebble Grey Large Turkish Towel - it's perfect as a beach towel, sarong, I even use it as a picnic blanket or tablecloth too. We also have the darker Charcoal Grey available in the hand towel size - we always have them in our powder bath and hanging on the oven handles in the kitchen! Would be the best hostess gift this summer! We have a few of the red and white striped Barcelona Turkish Towels left too. Last but not least we have a handful of the Grey Turkish Towel Tunics for adults and the Kid's Coverups in Blue and Coral. The girls love these - and you can even size up and wear one as a shirt yourself!
